Confirm the answers before issuance
At the review stage, read the complete answers and make any corrections. Customer acknowledgement can be recorded when available. The engineer signs last, and the PDF cannot be issued without that signature.
If information changes after review or signing, the confirmation is invalidated and the engineer must review and sign again. Issued documents retain their record reference, helping you locate the saved record for the job.
