Calculate free, then save the context
The independent IGEM/UP/1B Calculator is available without payment or an account. Add the installation inputs, choose the gas and pressure gauge, and record the test setup and readings. Natural gas, LPG and LPG/air selections are available.
A free Essential account lets you save and reopen results. The calculation snapshot is retained with the record so you can see which inputs and settings produced the displayed outcome.
Appliances-connected and pipework tests stay together
Each test keeps its own readings and configuration. The combined record retains appliances-connected and pipework tests under one unique record number when it is issued. This makes it easier to keep the job information and both test outcomes together.
The standard two-test report is designed to fit on one A4 sheet. Report content includes the stored readings and configuration, rather than reducing the job to a single unexplained result.
PDF and report downloads in the Essential package
Calculator PDF and report downloads are part of the same Essential package as the certificate modules. There is no separate calculator subscription. Permanent free-access companies retain their applicable download access.
Editable JSON recovery backups remain available to preserve original data. Browser-tab recovery storage belongs to the current browser tab; saved account records are a separate way to retain and reopen the job.
Use the calculation with its stated limits
Gauge selection and test configuration affect the comparison. Read the assumptions and scope shown in the tool and use the full current IGEM/UP/1B standard and required procedure for the work.
This is an independent Essential implementation, not an official IGEM or Gas Safe Register app. The tool cannot verify the installation, equipment or way a test was performed.
